About the role:
As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we have exciting design projects aimed at enhancing the end-user experience across various digital banking platforms. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the success of these projects.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering user-friendly and impactful digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Your expertise in user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design will contribute to the success of our digital banking initiatives.
What you'll do all day:
- Study business goals and redefine the problem statement by focusing on user needs.
- Participate in the all product development process: from initiation to prototypes, launching and post-launching evaluation.
- Direct and conduct user experience research, performance analysis and competitor analysis, usability testing and optimization.
- Develop experience ideas by planning user flows and journeys, website/app maps with architecture information, creating wireframes and prototypes, and of course designing some beautiful UI screens.
- Run workshops/meetings including brainstorming sessions, design reviews, ideas/solutions presentations and convince all the participants whoever they are (sometime it's our Vice Chairman).
Requirements:
- 4+ years of UX/Product Design experiences (or showing us you are into this position enough so we'll miss a good teammate if only focus on years of experience).
- Strong portfolio, clearly demonstrating use of UX process and high-quality UI designs or your designed mobile apps/websites which are in use.
- Experiences in designing products in different platforms with holistic experience approach.
- Bachelor's degree, anywhere in this world.
- Trust-worthy & responsible.
- Team player spirits with great collaboration skills: Being easy to work with and able to provide and accept feedback and constructive criticism.
- Ability to pay attention to details and know when to zoom in and zoom out.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills (both written and verbal) enough to be able to articulate and defend any design decisions.
- Good English skills

- You have a systematic thinking mindset, not just in products and features.
- You have 1-2 years of experience in managing a team of designers or coaching/mentoring junior designers.
- You actively contribute to the design community.
