Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. We are looking for a Product Developer.
WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE
- Collaborate with the sales team to collect customer requirements for the sample, such as quantity, materials, style, colors, and other specifications.
- Manage the entire product development process, ensuring products move smoothly from concept to completion.
- Facilitate and lead product review meetings at each development stage, providing clear direction and feedback.
WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE
- Fluency in English.
- Experienced in garment merchandising as sample development, product development, or a similar role
- Understanding of fabrics, garment materials and the sample production process. Having knowledge of embroidery and printing samples is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Textile/ Garment major is preferred
- Ability to communicate and convey information clearly and effectively.
- Organizational skills, progress monitoring, and time management.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for fashion.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented.
