JOB DESCRIPTION
Be responsible for:
- Manage assigned loan products (especially in Installment Product/Credit Card Sector), including but not limited to analyzing and keeping track of product performance, P&L and policy;
- Design end-to-end product process and procedures: Product proposal, Business Requirements Document, UAT Test, Production and related documents,
- Improve the existing products in order to ensure the suitability and enhance its attractiveness to the market;
- Proposing new product/ new services / business cooperation models through research markets, competitors and understand customer needs in-depth;
- Keep track and adjust regularly the product regulations/ sales policies to ensure the compliance with Government, SBV and Company internal policies;
- Conduct market research and competitor studies to maintain competitiveness, identify opportunities, gaps and areas for improvement;
- Work closely related departments to solve daily issues and propose enhancement/improvement for sales/operation procedure/process/system;
- Follow and continuously tracking the performance of existing products;
- Make related reports as required;
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Department.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education level, certification:
- Bachelors Degree in Banking/Finance, Economics, Marketing or related majors.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in banking/financial services sector (experience in product development/ product management/ Installment/Credit Card channel management/ digital banking is preferable);
- Have strong experience in develop new product/ new services/ business cooperation models of Installment/Credit Card channel;
- Good in communication and planning, market analysis & project management;
- Have deep knowledge in Installment/Credit Card and Digital Sales;
- Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Written and verbal fluency in English is required;
- Understanding of system integration and platform-to-platform connection is preferable. Lending platform understanding: CRM, Mobile app for Customer, LOS/LMS, Integration of core system with related system;
- Data analysis & presentation skills.
