Job Description
The Product Development Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager, will be responsible for the following activities:
- In charge of the daily management all relative operations of the PD department.
- In charge of all new productions PD work of the sample development to completed PPS at outsourcing VN.
- Work with Purchasing Department to develop and use the furniture new materials.
- Work with Production Department to formulate the relevant specifications and standards of productions.
- Responsibility to solve all of problem relative construction of drawing for Product, Improved the cost which is better of material sourcing.
- Manage the work performance of the design team, train and develop the capacity of staff.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor Degree in Design, Engineering or related disciplines, combined with at least 5 years working experience
- Familiar with overall Product development work, furniture materials and Costing
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, 2D, 3D, Photoshop, Corel
- Good command of English is required
