Buymed is seeking a highly driven and experienced Product Director to lead the development and optimization of our B2B products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product management within the healthcare or e-commerce industry, with a proven ability to create solutions tailored to the needs of businesses. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints, driving product innovation and market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Buymed's B2B platform.
- Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and new business opportunities to enhance product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with company goals.
- Customer and Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research and customer analysis to understand business needs, pain points, and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, and marketing teams, to gather insights and translate them into product features.
- Product Development & Execution:
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize features, optimize development cycles, and solve technical challenges.
- Develop user stories, product specifications, and functional requirements to guide development teams.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product.
- Continuously monitor product performance, user engagement, and feedback to drive data-driven improvements and feature enhancements.
- Stay updated on market trends and technology to ensure Buymed's B2B platform remains competitive.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and other departments to ensure seamless product launches and customer adoption.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B, e-commerce, or healthcare sectors.
- Strong understanding of B2B customer needs, product lifecycle, and agile development methodologies.
- Proven experience in launching and scaling B2B products or services.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
