- Position: Product Intern, Admin & Merchant Portal
- Working Location: 77 Tran Nhan Ton, Ward 9, Dist 5, HCMC
- Report to: Senior Product Owner
What you will do:
Product Development
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Owner to oversee the development and enhancement of Fundiin's Operations Platform and Merchant Portal.
- Engage with both internal stakeholders (Accounting, Operations, Business Development, etc.) and external partners (merchants, partners, vendors) to deeply understand their needs, identify pain points, and translate into actionable product requirements.
- Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor product performance and track key metrics to assess the success of implemented features and drive data-driven decision-making.
Project Coordination:
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to ensure effective adoption of new product features by internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of an Agile working culture within the ProTech team.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Understanding of fundamental programming concepts, technical documentation and writing styles.
- Having experience with APIs and integration tools or similar role within fintech/ payment/ ecom is a plus.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills and adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer-focused with a passion for partner success.
