- Report to:Product Manager
We are looking for a passionate Product Intern, Integration to join our team and assist in managing the integration process of our platform with merchants and third-party partners.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with Business Development, Engineering, Operations, and Accounting to define merchant requirements and ensure smooth integrations.
- Provide technical support to merchants and third-party partners, troubleshooting any integration issues.
- Work with QC to test integrations for accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
- Monitor post-integration performance and stability, proactively addressing issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including troubleshooting guides and best practices.
- Collect partner feedback to drive product and process improvements.
- Manage and update the content on our developer website, providing clear integration guidance and resources.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Understanding of fundamental programming concepts, technical documentation and writing styles.
- Having experience with APIs and integration tools or similar role within fintech/ payment/ e-commerce is a plus.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills and adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer-focused with a passion for partner success.
