As a Product Manager at Advance, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion into the Vietnam market by
tailoring our financial products and services to meet local market needs and driving the creation of new products
from ideation to launch. You will lead cross-functional teams to create impactful and user-centered solutions that
delight our customers, achieve our business objectives, empower individuals and businesses in Vietnam to thrive
financially.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to deeply understand
customer needs, pain points, and market trends.
- Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's mission and
goals.
- Own the product roadmap, prioritization, and backlog management, ensuring that features are developed
on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress and make data-driven decisions to optimize product development and improve
team efficiency.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ideate and prioritize features that
deliver the most value to users.
- Develop and validate hypotheses through rapid experimentation, prototyping, and user testing to iterate
on product concepts.
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases that guide the development process.
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure seamless translation of product vision into
actionable tasks.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure
alignment and successful product delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members to address challenges and
remove roadblocks.
- Continuously gather user feedback and insights post-launch to drive iterative improvements and
enhancements to the product.
- Analyze key performance metrics and user behavior to make informed decisions that drive product
growth and user satisfaction.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Have more than 5+ years experience in product management and market strategy, prefer Fintech
company, loan products for SMEs are an advantage.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience in managing product development processes from
ideation to implementation.
- In-depth understanding of financial products, services, and the Vietnam financial market landscape to
make informed decisions and drive product innovation.
- Proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan,
execute, and track product releases from beginning to end.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one's sleeves to get the
job done.
- High energy, hands-on, detailed-oriented and able to work independently.
- High degree of self-initiative, proactive and self-driven to drive results.
- Excellent organizing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast paced, culturally diverse and hands-on environment.
