Women's health with the Saforelle brand for women of all ages.

Following the Vietnamese market potential for Biocodex, the Group has decided to open its newest affiliate in Vietnam with the goal to expand its footprint and market share in Vietnam.

As the Product Manager Sb at Biocodex Vietnam, you will have the opportunity to build strong brand awareness, increase brand penetration and market share for Sb. accross channels and win proposition from cure to care brand in Microbiota Care segmentation in Vietnam market Your position will be instrumental in achieving the company's goal in Vietnam.

You will report to the Group Product Manager.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify how brand is currently position in the market and define winning and differentiated brand position vs competition
  • Develop and implement brand strategy and manage brand campaigns to ensure that product meet consumer's expectations and to build brand credibility
  • Localise Global brand materials
  • Conduct ATL/BTL initiatives and evaluate marketing impact for continuous improvement.
  • Organize brand events such as product launches, exhibition and activations at hospital and pharmacy channel.
  • Create, manage, editor calendar to deliver marketing campaigns for Sb. portfolio.
  • Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns
  • Develop and monitor marketing budgets for Sb. porfolio.
  • Partnership with professional associations to leverage brand differentiation and positioning
  • Collaborate with sale and marketing team to build robust marketing plans
  • Evaluate and propose new products/SKUs launch to satisfy customer needs and support Sb. porfolio growth.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Marketing Expertise: Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for OTC drug products. Understanding of customer journeys, customer insight per touchpoint and the ability to create impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Channel Experience: Experience conducting ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) campaigns across OTC and/or consumer channels. Strong experience working with both traditional and modern business channels, including retail, digital, and pharmacies.
  • Consumer Insights: Ability to identify and anticipate consumer trends to keep the brand relevant and competitive. Experience developing and overseeing user trends analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Proven ability to generate creative and innovative marketing ideas that drive brand awareness and sales.A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies is a plus
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: A strong team player with a positive and collaborative attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Additional Considerations:Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory requirements, and best practices isdesirable.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Strong skills in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing is a plus
