Product Manager, Marketing Platform

Job Description

What you will do

Product Development:

  • Develop and drive the product vision and strategy, aligning it with overall product vision and business objectives
  • Create a roadmap that prioritizes and optimally sequences product features to enhance the performance of internal marketing toolset
  • Propose and explore new features and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and continually improve the value proposition of our platform
  • Gather requirements, conduct user research, and prioritise the product backlog to ensure the team is focused on delivering high-impact projects.
  • Drive the adoption and onboarding of internal tools and platforms, working closely with users to ensure they are engaged and successful
  • Oversee product launches, product marketing, and other go-to-market activities for internal tools and platforms.

Data-Driven Decisions:

  • Leverage data analytics and insights to understand both user and merchant behavior, trends in marketing solutions, and areas for improvement in marketing features.
  • Use data to make informed decisions, optimize existing features, and guide the development of new features to enhance performance

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Be the leader of cross-functional teams, comprising senior engineers, designer, analysts, to grow adoption of the platform as well as performance overall.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
  • Effectively communicate product updates, roadmap, and performance to stakeholders and leadership, addressing their concerns and incorporating feedback into product iterations.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the voice of the product and fostering collaboration for mutual success.

What you will need

The Must-Haves

  • 4-5+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in analytics, AI/ML, preferably in advertising or CDP
  • Have experience building and managing internal tools or B2B platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement AI/ML solutions in a commercial environment.
  • Adept at engaging with technical teams and leveraging technologies for practical business applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Passionate about driving impact through enhancing team productivity

The Good-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with merchant service platforms and the ability to drive product differentiation through personalisation and predictive insights.
  • A track record of managing and delivering projects that enhance user engagement and business performance.
