Your Role Overview
You will play a key role in defining and executing the product vision, ensuring each game aligns with Puzzle Studio's goals and resonates with our target audience.
Your Mission
- Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning game initiatives with business goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep our games competitive and relevant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, art, QA) to create high-quality mobile games.
- Drive monetization strategies, including in-app purchases and ad integration, to maximize revenue and retention.
- Ensure a seamless player experience by overseeing product quality and integrating player feedback.
- Analyze player behavior and game performance data to inform updates and improvements.
- Communicate product vision, updates, and progress to stakeholders for alignment and transparency.
- Lead beta testing and manage bug-fixing to ensure a smooth game launch and ongoing player satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years in mobile game product management, focused on casual/puzzle games.
- Proven success delivering mobile games from concept to launch.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile gaming, especially monetization and engagement strategies.
- Skilled in agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Notion, GameAnalytics).
- Strong communicator and leader, able to influence stakeholders and achieve results.
