We're looking for a top-notch Product Manager who's great at getting more users and organizing work tasks effectively. You'll be in charge of Esports Media and B2C sportsbook websites, turning big goals into clear plans. You should know the ins and outs of the Esports & Betting world, making sure our product is on point and exciting for our users. You'll lead a team and work closely with client product teams. We need someone who's always thinking ahead and eager to make things better.
Experience & Skills:
- A solid 3-4 years of Product Management experience, with a preference for those acquainted with the Gaming world.
- Proven expertise in Agile product delivery, with an emphasis on user-centric growth strategies and backlog management.
- A sound grasp of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methods.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the digital gambling domain.
- Familiarity with essential back-office utilities, such as CRM, Trading, Player Administration, and CMS.
- Proficient in leveraging the Atlassian suite for effective product management.
- Experience in managing geographically dispersed teams.
- Prior association with a renowned gambling operator on a global scale is a plus, but not mandatory.
Day-to-Day Aspects of the Role:
- Maintain strong connection with developers, QA testers, and designers.
- Collaborate and liaise with the marketing team, contributing strategies and insights to improve user acquisition efforts.
- Establish, track, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring a consistent focus on key metric and backlog efficiency.
- Engage actively with business stakeholders, extracting vital requirements and amplifying our multi-tenant product's potential.
- Convert high-level business needs into concrete user stories, ensuring a laser focus on our KPIs, especially concerning new user acquisition and backlog delivery rate.
- Champion Agile methodologies, driving scrum ceremonies like grooming sessions and sprint plannings.
- Stay ahead of the curve by routinely conducting competitor analyses to grasp emerging industry patterns.
- Curate and sustain product documents, spanning product specifications, epics, user narratives, and guides.
- Immerse in the Product Community of Practice, fostering knowledge sharing and adhering to industry best practices.
- Instill a culture of continuous learning within your circle of influence.
- Inspire and lead your team, stakeholders, and clientele towards collective victories.
- Regularly apprise stakeholders of progress, using real-time metrics and data-driven insights from platforms like Jira.
- Prioritize and champion SEO initiatives, working in tandem with marketing to ensure our product is easily discoverable and ranks competitively in search engines.
