Product Ower Lead

We are looking for Product Owner lead with the passion to explore a new product.

The Product Owner has an important role in connecting users with the Engineer team. You will be in charge of everything about the product since it's an idea till it launches in production. Follow it, enhance it, make users happy, and do metrics calculations to prove your product is healthy

- Define stakeholder needs and Analyze operation process to provide

solutions/strategies.

- Build product roadmap

- Set up plan for feature development.

- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog.

- Translating product managers strategies to tasks for development

- Write specifications to help developers implement the product.

- Give opinions to improve UI/UX.

- Set up UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues.

- Monitoring products & tracking new features, analyzing what feature need to be improved.

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale products.

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in leadership role including designing end-to-end products.

- Experience with VPN or Instant Messaging products

- Good understanding of VPN or messaging product

- Drive architecture and technology decisions for large-scale web applications.

- Ability to lead products through the complete development lifecycle.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Able to use mockup software to design UX/UI, layout, and navigation flows.

- Communicate with impact: able to explain complex problems in one or two sentences.

- Attention to detail and a never-satisfying attitude: able to pick out small discrepancies in layout design and propose solutions.

- Simple approach: always find the simplest solutions

- Good English, both verbal and written

- Possess a well-rounded setof behavioral abilities such as decision-making, risk management, problem-solving, communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and issue anticipation, which are crucial for guiding products and teams to success.

- Have practical technical leadership skills.

- Collaborate effectively with diverse team members.

- Passionate about delivering high-quality user experience.

- Self-starter, with a strong sense of ownership, gets things done.

- Capable of making timely decisions while dealing with uncertainties and inadequate information.

- Excellent attention to detail.
