Job vacancy: Product Executive

1. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of business development strategies under the guidance of Product Management
• Conduct market research to support the identification of new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
• Analyze business and user needs to develop requirement documents, and wireframes for the implementation or revision of systems and applications projects;
• Keep updated with new technologies for the product, UI/UX trends to improve user experience;
• Keeping stakeholders informed of documents, relevant development progress, and timelines.
• Use obtained knowledge during the requirement analysis and systems/applications implementation to make user guides and deliver user training.

2. Requirements:

Must to have:

• Knowledge of software product development process, especially requirement analysis, user experience analysis;
• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements;
• Good at English communication skills (verbal and written);
• Knowledge of wire-framing software such as Figma, Axure, Invision, Balsamiq, etc;
• Able to produce wireframes and specs related;

Nice to have:

• Good at presentation, reporting & time management skills;
• Tech savvy, interested in new technologies, passionate about software products;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues;

3. Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience);
• Working from Monday - Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM, no OT;
