Job Description
- Develop detailed plans for researching company operational processes, such as service, sales, and customer management procedures.
- Organize project implementation by checking and improving products before official implementation, developing instructional materials, training communication, etc.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and report to superiors.
- Perform tasks related to project acceptance (archiving, handover to operational departments, research for improvement/innovation).
- Develop and standardize processes and system management reports.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of product management experience and track records in product management, project management, preferably logistic, in-house product
- Strong in stakeholder management and hands-on experience in requirements gathering, prioritizing, working on decent PRDs, product backlogs and getting things done on time and to perfection.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
- Be proactive, confident and eager to ask questions and explore new things.
- Always curious to learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product solutions, industry trends and best practices of other players in the market.
- You are comfortable with changes (and sometimes, uncertainties) in an open-minded environment.
