We're seeking a dynamic and experienced candidates to orchestrate and lead a multifunctional team dedicated to the successful implementation and support of C-Cash.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner (PO) to lead our treasury management solution initiative (C-CASH). In this dual role, you will not only be responsible for product management and partnership development but also oversee and guide our diverse teams in sales, implementation, and customer success. Your leadership will be essential in aligning our strategies, managing risks, and ensuring seamless collaboration across all functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze product requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of client needs and market trends.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
2. Backlog Management:
- Build, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog for C-CASH Navigator, Kyriba, and Perfios, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client value.
- Continuously refine the backlog based on stakeholder feedback, market changes, and project progress.
3. Prioritization:
- Work closely with the Senior Product Owner to prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and client impact.
- Balance short-term deliverables with long-term product vision, ensuring a clear focus on high-impact initiatives.
4. Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor the progress of product development, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product success and user engagement, providing regular updates to the Senior Product Owner and other stakeholders.
5. Commercialization:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product features and enhancements.
- Support the commercialization process by providing necessary product documentation, training materials, and user guides.
6. Client Feedback and Iteration:
- Collect and analyze client feedback on product features and performance, identifying areas for improvement and enhancement.
- Facilitate user testing and gather insights to inform product iterations, ensuring that the product continually evolves to meet client needs.
7. Collaboration with Development Teams:
- Work closely with development teams during sprints to ensure a shared understanding of product requirements and priorities.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, actively contributing to the agile development process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management, preferably within the treasury management or financial technology sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable user stories.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar) and knowledge of product lifecycle management.
- A keen understanding of treasury management systems and processes is a plus.
