As a Product Owner, you'll be a key member of our product management and development team, responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on creating, managing, and executing product development plans that deliver solutions to our users worldwide. You'll also play a crucial role in continuously optimizing product value to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

What you will do:
Build product development plan:
Collaborate with the Product Director and Product Manager to grasp the overarching product requirements.
Conduct market and user research to identify the needs and challenges the product aims to address while prioritizing potential solutions.
Establish clear product goals and objectives. Formulate a solution strategy and outline a development roadmap.
Use measurement tools to collect and analyze data, prioritizing the development of feature groups.
Develop a detailed task list for the proposed roadmap, including prioritization and completion deadlines.
Manage and drive the execution of the product development plan:
Effectively communicate product goals, directions, and the product roadmap to your team. Maintain consistent information flow within the product team and stakeholders.
Collaborate with departments such as Product Design, Tech Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Marketing to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed solution; Leverage technical expertise to assess feasibility; Maintain high-quality standards during implementation; integrate product development with marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with Product Managers and other Product Owners to align directions and make timely product plan adjustments based on the overall strategy.
Manage resources to ensure product development progress and goal attainment.
Maintain, improve and optimize product value:
Analyze product performance with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Holistics, etc.) to identify areas for improvement.
Engage with customer support when necessary to understand their needs and challenges.
Upgrade product features based on emerging needs, as well as propose future development plans.
Your skills and experience
We are seeking candidates with the following qualities:

At least 02 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst Leader, or Product Manager
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for their work
Fluency in English, equivalent to IELTS
- 5 or higher
Excellent logic, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
A keen eye for detail
Effective teamwork and team management skills
A strong desire for continuous personal and professional development
Although not a prerequisite, it would be an advantage if you have:
Experience in digital product management
Experience in the e-commerce industry
Proficiency in using wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq Mockups, Axure RP, or Sketch
Understanding of HTML/CSS or Javascript
Experience in launching a product of your own or within a team

Salary and benefits
Main salary: Up to $1600 (6-month routine of considering salary increment or promotion)
Quarterly bonus based on project achievement (after probation)
