Collaborate with developers, partners and customers to build websites and services that meet business and program objectives.
Gather and analyze business requirements, client feedback, user data and market trends to define product strategy, prioritize features, and create a compelling product roadmap.
Transfer requirements & work closely with the development team to design, validate, and manage the implementation of the solutions to requirements;
Maintain the updates of the documents, wireframe developed during the requirement collection, analysis, system/application design;
Research and analyze user behaviors from data analytics reports to improve the product;
Keep updated with new technologies for product, UI/UX trends;
Collaborate with the QA team and business users to conduct thorough testing (including A/B testing) and ensure user acceptance.
Training: Use obtained knowledge during the requirement analysis and systems/applications implementation to make user guide and deliver user training;
Support: assist to deliver the system/applications to users;
Reports: user acceptance test reports;
Skills And Experience We Look For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. OR Proven experience in software product development.
2+ years of experience demonstrating a strong understanding of the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), including user experience (UX) principles and product development processes.
Agile proficiency: Experience working in an Agile environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) with a focus on iterative development, user stories, and backlog management.
Good in English communication skills (verbal and written), presentation, reporting & time management skills;
