We are looking for a high functioning Product Owner with can-do spirit to develop a fintech product from ideation to sunset. As the Product Owner for Fiza, you will have the opportunity to drive the development and execution of this product, and play a key role in optimizing conversion rate for Banks and Financial Institutions with a superb filter based on machine learning/artificial intelligence. What you will do
- Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, and beyond;
- Define product strategy and vision, and communicate this to all stakeholders;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure that our product remains competitive;
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that the product is delivered on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams;
- Prioritize product features and development initiatives based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals;
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the user experience.
What you will need
- At least 2 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful products;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making;
- Good understanding of the Agile methodology and agile-related frameworks;
- Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment, with the ability to thrive under pressure;
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
