Product Owner/Specialist (Freight & Transportation/ Customer Management Team)

Giao Hang Nhanh is the first delivery and logistics company in Vietnam established with a mission to serve the professional transportation needs of e-commerce partners nationwide. With the goal of improving the customer delivery experience and optimizing the transportation process, We are currently seeking a Product Specialist to join our product team. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating exceptional user experiences and products that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Start from data insights, customer insights and strategic insights to define and prioritize what we need to do to deliver value and achieve the goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply discover the problems, establish objectives with success metrics and propose solutions. As a Product Owner, you play a pivotal role in driving this process.
  • Define user stories, partner with Product Designers to develop wireframes and prototypes for validating the product and refining product requirements.
  • Participate in a scrum team as a Product Owner to oversee product delivery.
  • Continuously measure metrics and explore problems/opportunities to enhance the product's value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Software Development, Information System, Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience in product management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong ownership and growth mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A user-centric mindset, with a passion for creating products that delight customers.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Work experience in a logistics company is preferred.

Recruitment Process:

  • Round 1: Interview with Hiring Manager: Assess fit and discuss experience and skills.
  • Round 2: Take-Home Test: Complete a practical test related to the job.
  • Round 3: Presentation and Q&A: Present test results and answer follow-up questions.

Candidates progress to the next round only if they pass the previous one.
