You will be joining in a senior leadership capacity and be integral to scaling proprietary novel products for a highly reputable brand.

You will have responsibility for multiple production lines, all at different stages and will inherit an established team that you will be responsible for growing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for training and managing teams, improving management ability and coordination ability, and promoting the achievement of various production targets.
• Responsible for overall production management, material management, production efficiency and yield improvement, and production cost control.
• Coordinate with process, equipment, quality and other related departments to deal with major problems and problems in the process of production and operation.
• Build and develop necessary corporate culture to support business growth with high quality and safety.

Technical Experience:

• 10+ years experience managing high volume production lines from a high tech environment like consumer electronics, battery tech etc.
• Ability to develop and manage manufacturing team. Desire to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Strong proficiency in English
