Job Description
- Manage emulsion operations including production and maintenance of terminal's equipment and facilities to ensure effective and safe operations, meeting the company and terminal's KPIs.
- Be in charge of production of all types of ADCo emulsion products to meet requirements of ADCo's technical standards.
- Strictly comply with emulsion production procedure (Refer to instruction documents)
- Continuously coordinate with lab team and other related team to research and develop new products to meet market demands.
- Check stock balance served for production materials to ensure available and sufficient product meeting production plan.
- Make plan for maintenance, provisions, prevention for related facilities to ensure reliable and effective performance.
- Send daily report on inventory, tank status and other equipment, etc. to Terminal Manager and related departments correctly and in time.
- Daily supervise, provide the necessary training for subordinates to meet KPIs of the team.
- Strictly comply with QHSE regulation at terminal.
- Perform other jobs as assigned by Terminal Manager/Assistant Terminal Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree, major in chemistry, lubricants, industrial electricity or automatic electricity
- At least 2 years experiences in production supervisor level
- Good leadership skills, facilities and cost management skill
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Good knowledge in pipeline, tank, bitumen and equipment
- Good understanding about the safety, health, environment management system
- High responsibility, teamwork spirit
- Good computer skill, basic English communication
