Job Purpose
-1.Trch nhim & Hot ng chnh/ S Principal accountabilities & Key activities:
-Arrange and follow up production plan, to ensure products are to be manufactured as per given schedules, which are to be adjusted and updated according to labor, material flow, methods, and quality constraints, etc.
-Responsible to ensure all machines are running as per standard speeds, output and efficiency
-Ensure the high levels of machinery and labor utilization
-Control own shift production expenses
-To ensure materials are sufficient requested from DC for daily production use
-To ensure own shift employees follow the company rules and regulation.
-To participate in HSE committee and ensure health and safety procedures and 6S are implemented in working shift
-Make recommendations regarding disciplinary actions, and the effectiveness of employees in maintaining safety operation, high product quality and low loss against the standards
-Co-ordinate with Trainers and provide the on-the-job training follow the Kaizen projects and in the monthly / yearly plans
-Maintain the evaluation and conduct the 4M risks assessment to eliminate the incident/ accident in shift.
-Report to HOD and related Person in charge in a daily operation report.
-Prepare and make daily operation reports: Flexible Packaging, manpower & KPI report, incident accident reports if any
-Participate, follow up and prepare the report to any continue improvement projects such as LEAN implementation, OPEX, TPM, Scrap, Production wastes, etc
-Responsible to coordinate, provide the solution, decision making for any conflict happen among PTQ team
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- -University (Technology; administration)
-3 years experiences in FP field at Supervision / Executive level
-Advance planning
-Flexo Printing technology

K nng/ Skills
-Good at computer Skills: MS Office: Word, MS Excel. PPT / Report analysis. Having experience with SAP system is preferred.
-Good interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
-Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to prioritise tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
-Leadership skill / Supervision
