The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize production schedules.
- Assess project and resource requirements.
- Estimate, negotiate, and agree on budgets and timescales with Operations Manager/General Manager.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are met.
- Determine quality control standards.
- Oversee production processes DL discipline.
- Re-negotiate with planning timescales or production schedules as necessary.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse and Planning available materials to meet production schedules.
- Organize the repair and follow-up routine maintenance of production equipment.
- Liaise with buyers, planning, engineering, and quality stakeholders.
- Supervise and manage the work of direct labors & supervisors.
- Organize relevant training Production - DL sessions.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing & cost savings projects in Production.
- Drive for production efficiency and Overtime Control. Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.
- Ensure all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.
- Communicate regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
Qualifications
- Have at least 8 years of working experience related to production factory management with at least 5 years working in electronics environment.
- Good English writing/verbal communication.
- Bachelor Degree of Business administration, Supply chain, and related field.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in using SAP system.
- MAGNETIC manufacturing or electronic engineering background.
- Experience on the SMT process
