JOB SUMMARY
Be responsible for implementing/executing production schedules with effective use of available resources
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan for equipment and manpower utilization to meet production indicator KPI
- Work closely with Engineers to ensure a smooth and successful introduction of new products to manufacturing
- Improve production efficiency through process, equipment and system upgrades
- Coordinate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, QA and other support function to execute production plan
- Coordinate with engineering, equipment, manufacturing support function to execute and running smoothly production plan
- Continuously seek ways to improve cost and quality to remain competitive in the marketplace.
- Ensure conformance of organization to safety, processes, and controls
- Ensure positive and effective communication is continually practiced
- Manage the growth of subordinates, identify and retain key talent and HiPO for keep strong structure ORG
- Manage all Line leader, Shift leader and operator to achive all production KPI and meet department goal
- Internalize positive work culture and implement TPM to ensure high standard of housekeeping of machine and vicinity.
- Handle grievance, complaints, employee concern and disciplinary issue through effective counseling.
- Carry out investigation on maverick lots in an expeditious manner to minimize the impact of problem through immediate containment and recall any lots shipped out of factory with the help of QA/equipment/process engineering.
- Facilitate continuous improvement on process simplification, labor productivity and cost reduction.
- Ensure conformance to the quality system requirement (FMEA and Control Plan, WI ..)
- Maintain safety working environment on production floor - Ensure all workers under his / her supervision have obtained necessary training
- Ensure identified labor, ethics and EHS issues are corrected in a timely manner
- Comply with Vietnam law, Company regulations, EHS, ISO, 5S,v.v...; and monitor, remind, help your colleagues in compliance with Vietnam law, Company regulations, EHS, ISO, 5S,v.v...
- Have strong knowledge in management skills about TPM, SPC, OEE, 5 Why, 4M, 5W2H, 8D, 7 Wastes, Lean manufacturing.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Experience
- Minimum 02 year experience Manufacturing management role/ - Experience in electrical, mechanical and industrial applications
Knowledge
- Able to use all basic and intermediate system tools effectively (Oracle/ MES/ Admin tools Cadena/ 7 Steps problem solving tool / SPC). - Intermediate with second level of troubleshooting skills and in problem solving techniques. - Maintain and sustain a good working environment / culture (eg.ISO 9001, 5S).

Other Abilities
- Resolves day-to-day production and team issues, including terminations, counseling, suspensions, timecard approval, manpower tracking, and conflict resolution. - Identifies and develops qualified replacements.
