Responsibilities:
i. Manages personnel assigned in his section.
ii. Assures that the in-process standards and specifications in his assigned area are well-understood and consistently adhered to.
iii. Monitors the quality, proper handling and use of equipment, tools and testing instruments in his area.
iv. Monitors the quality, usage/ consumption of production materials and other operational requirements issued to his area.
v. Monitors the effective and efficient use of manhours in his area based on established work standards.
i. Sees to it that areas, facilities and utilities in his area are well maintained and conform to standards of sanitation and safety.
ii. Sees to it that employees assigned in his section practice good sanitation and hygiene.
iii. Implement and maintain the HACCP management system in the department.
iv. Update HACCP system if needed
i. Coordinates with other operating units in behalf of the section.
ii. Prepares accurate and timely production reports and other reports that may be so required by management.
iii. Continuously seek improvement in all aspects in his assigned area.
iv. Performs other duties/ functions that may be assigned to him by this superiors.
Qualifications:
i. Preferably, with basic knowledge/ experience in bakery, meat and poultry processing technology.
ii. Good at English communication, proficiency in power point, excel formulation, calculation
iii. Good at analytical skills, root cause analysis, planning and people management
i. At least 3 years working experience in a food manufacturing plant, preferably involved in similar production lines.
ii. At least 1 year of which in supervisory capacity.
iii. Experience in handling production seminars, training and similar orientation programs.
i. Human relations - ability to maintain effective relations with all employees at all levels
ii. Integrity maintains the highest standards of ethics, shows professional appearance
iii. Leadership - ability to inspire his unit and its employees in achieving their goals and work as a team.
iv. Adaptability and ability to perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments and priorities on short notice.
v. Communication skills.
vi. Ability to make timely decisions based on logical assumptions and using all available information.
vii. Resilience/ tolerance to stress - maintains stability and effectiveness under pressure.
i. Requires a high degree of organization and planning skills, attention to details,
i. Requires constant floor supervision and being assigned in the night shift.
Willingness for travelling across Viet Nam
Working hours: Mon - Sat (6:00AM - 2:00PM, 2:00PM - 10:00PM) and during weekends if needed
