Role & Responsibilities
Reporting and Documentation
- Provide administrative support to executive management: visa documents, contracts, etc.
- Prepare ad-hoc and periodical reports
- Circulate project information to concerned departments for their actions in due course
Project Management
- Attend meetings to build connections and understand the needs of the customers
- Monitor and track the progress and outcome of the project
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to stay updated on the project's progress.
- Assist the Project Manager in brainstorming and making plans for new company projects
- Together with the program coordinator(s) run the short study trips
- Support the students when needed
- Other tasks if required Qualifications and Education
Are you the right fit
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management or customer service.
- Background as a Tour Planner or a Consultant is a plus.
- Graduated with a degree in Business, Arts & Humanities, or related fields.
- Proficient in documentation management and partnership management.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Effective communicator with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and logically.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in creating presentations and decks.
- Demonstrates commitment, dedication, ownership, and accountability.
