Karavan is a B2B e-commerce platform connecting brands directly with SMEs in both rural and urban locations, including groceries stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Using our technology to improve merchants businesses better and easier from product sourcing to point-of-sale (POS365) and cashless payments (VNPAY-QR).
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Recruitment Department to oversee and monitor the recruitment progress of Collaborators and Sales Team Leaders.
- Support the onboarding process for new Collaborators.
- Monitor, update, and urge the business performance of Sales Team Leaders.
- Continuously gather market information from Sales Team Leaders to devise support plans for achieving business targets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to propose designs for promotional programs, introduction programs, recognition of outstanding Collaborators, on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Responsible for monitoring and executing communication plans as requested by the company to the entire Collaborators community.
- Draft or revise business policies as requested by the Department Head.
- Print, obtain signatures, stamp, and scan newly approved business policies.
- Assist the Department Head in reviewing the periodic bonuses of Collaborators.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Department Head.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from University with a degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Have a sharp business acumen. Diligent, hardworking, not afraid of pressure.
- Internship experience in FMCG companies is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
