JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage project schedules and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of architectural drawings, renderings, and other project outputs.
- Align designs with clients requirements and project visions.
- Propose materials, equipment, and products that adhere to project budgets.
- Communicate clients requirements, budgets, and schedules to team members.
- Lead teams collaboratively to achieve project goals and targets.
- Conduct research on project contexts, study design concepts, and develop architectural details.
- Participate in site visits and assist contractors in adhering to project schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to integrate architectural designs with other project elements.
- Liaise with clients to address any issues promptly and ensure project requirements are met.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience with at least 1 completed project in your portfolio.
- Strong commitment to architectural design.
- Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with an analytical perspective.
- Ability to assess situations accurately and follow instructions effectively.
- Proven ability to manage and lead team members effectively and collaboratively.
- Understanding of architectural design principles.
- Practical knowledge of architectural specifications and construction methods.
