Source, manage and develop strategic partnership across woodlog supplier network
Create a market mapping strategy to ensure sustainable supply
Managed key suppliers and contractors to strengthen relationship through out the supply chain
Interact closely with suppliers, contractors and quality control team to solve complex issues
Lead supplier/contractor reviews and driving supplier performance improvements
Lead supply agreement negotiations in achieving favorable terms that mitigate business risk, reduce product cost and wastage, resulting in total cost saving strategies
Collaborate with management to address all aspects of commodity management including procurement, commodity business plans and strategies, market trends assessment, pricing and supply availability
Work closely with engineering, production, quality control on technical specifications and logistic partner to eliminate risk of contamination and minimize wastages to finished product
