Job descriptions:
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Coordinate with recruitment team and sales for resource staffing request
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders including internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentations
- Participate in company's soft skill training or workshop
- To perform other tasks requested by BOD
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in IT Project Management
- Mastered at least one project management methodology and is familiar with others (Agile/ Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experience of managing fixed price project
- Experience of monitoring project quality, risk management & EVM concept
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
