JOB DESRIPTION
We are looking for candidates for the role of Project Manager, with:
Responsibilities:
- Managing CST international Jacks equipment for tank lifting, including Jacks allocation, shipping, stock, and maintenance
- Oversee all aspects of projects, identify any bottlenecks or risks to ensure project is completed within target dates and budget.
- Working across departments, coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors (if any) for the flawless execution of projects.
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of project.
- Generate/develop spreadsheets report, diagrams, document as per client's needs.
- Support sale and proposal team during quoting phase.
- Continuously find ways to streamline workflow and optimize the process to identify best practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Mechanical or civil engineering background is preferred)
- Relevant education/experience/training in project management. PMP certification is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (IELTS 6.5 or above is advantage)
- 5yrs experienced in field operation is a plus.
- Experience in tendering/managing the construction/industrial product projects is preferred.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and native language.
- Solid organizational skills including detail orientation and multi-tasking skills.
