Be responsible for project development from planning to acceptance.
Empower your team and facilitate the delivery of high-quality products regularly, repeatedly, and predictably through a focus on risk management, business value, and the needs of the end customer.
Accountable for the quality of Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, showcases, and retrospectives.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
Set the pace for delivery, motivate teams to succeed, and coach the team to become self-organized.
Conflict resolution within/ between the delivery team and stakeholders.
Manage the relationship successfully with the client and all stakeholders through excellent communication.
Your Qualifications
Good leadership, people management, and project management skills.
Good knowledge and experience with Agile techniques User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Testing, etc.
Be able to manage stakeholders relationships and negotiate changes to commitments or requirements.
Good analytical thinking and ability to figure out the root cause of issues.
Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills.
At least 6 years of overall experience in software development.
Have experience as a Project manager/ Scrum Master.
