MANAGE Software Development Projects including but not limited to Project Planning, Project Budgeting, Resource Management, Risk Management, and Quality Management.
MANAGE project Costs via Estimation and Daily Timesheet.
WORK with the Resource Manager in Japan for Adjustment of Resource Control, etc.
CO-ORDINATE with Technical Architect in Technical Risk/Issue Detection and Management.
CO-ORDINATE with QC Team to Define/Tailoring Software Development Processes, Quality Control processes to Ensure High-Quality Products based on Quantitative Quality standards ( ISO, CMM ).
CO-ORDINATE with other project Stakeholders such as Requirement Definition Team, QC, CC, etc. to make sure that the Projects meet the client's requirements.
Requirements
University Degree, preferably in IT field or related field.
More than 5 years of experience in a Project with 5 or more people.
Experience in any programming languages (preferably knowledge or skill of Java, Python, AWS).
Mastered at least one Project Management Methodology and is familiar with others (Waterfall/Agile/Scrum/etc) and at least one Software Development Estimation Method.
Experience in at least one Software Development Lifecycle and is familiar with others.
Experience in Monitoring Project Quality, Risk Management.
Problem-Solving and Communication Skills (verbal, written).
