WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Managing multiple small projects simultaneously.
- Participating in the Technical Proposal and Presale process.
- Conduct meetings with respective clients stakeholders and manages task assignment for the project team.
- Plan, manage, and track overall project(s)to ensure timely delivery, and meet technical/business requirements.
- Ensure project(s) are executed in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
- Resolve project issues with the team and escalate risk-prone issues with recommendations to the client stakeholders for resolution/decision.
- Manage changes to projects scope, schedule, and effort using appropriate verification techniques.
- Ensure that all project team members adhere to project implementation methodology, security standards, and procedures.
- Measure project performance and generate weekly progress reports for clients.
- Track and manage resource/task allocations to ensure productivity at its optimal.
- Conduct project-related training for end-users if required.
YOU JUST NEED TO HAVE
***Requirements
- Min bachelor's degree in IT engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Have experience in management with Manufacturing, Factory, Logistic,...domain.
- At least 4 years of IT project managementexperience in 3 full software development life cycles, with Agile project experience, is a plus.
- Have experience in Backend
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership with good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, solution conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in project management (PMP certification is an advantage): Cost Management, Resource Management, and management of plans scope schedule risks
- Experience working on industrial/manufacturing software projects.
- Human resource management skills.
- Sense of responsibility, professional ethics, discipline.
- Prioritizing the team over personal interests.
- Integrity, honesty.
