About The Role
The Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of technology projects within established timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards. This role encompasses collaboration with senior business stakeholders to implement a diverse range of modules, manage the integration of AI vendors, guide the development of cloud-based applications, and implement solutions leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies.
Main Responsibilities
- Understand Client Needs: Receive and thoroughly understand client requirements, addressing and clarifying any concerns to ensure seamless communication.
- Provide Accurate Estimations: Deliver timely and precise estimations for project requirements, considering resource availability, efficiency, and alignment with the company's direction.
- Milestone Navigation: Collaborate with clients to establish clear delivery milestones, balancing budget, human resources, time, quality commitments, and client satisfaction.
- Progress Supervision: Supervise and track the daily progress of team members to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Actively identify and resolve issues, anticipate risks, and escalate critical matters to management promptly.
- Facilitate Effective Communication: Lead discussions, make decisions, and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum.
- Transparent Communication: Ensure smooth, transparent, and timely communication both internally and externally.
- Comprehensive Reporting: Manage project reporting and documentation, ensuring everything is prepared, managed, and updated regularly.
- Team Development: Contribute to the growth of the Project Manager team through innovative initiatives and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Experience
- Have at least 3 years of project management experience in I.T (Previous exposure to AI/ML projects is a huge plus);
- Experience working with global teams, Project Management tools, and Scrum/Agile methodology;
- Understanding of software development process and delivery pipeline;
Knowledge & Skills
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is a plus (but really, a can-do attitude and a proven track record of success would speak higher volumes);
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other Project management certificate is also appreciated;
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese is essential. Japanese language skills are a valuable advantage;
- Excellent international client-facing and internal communication skills with the global team;
- A self-starter capable of leading stakeholders and team members with a strong sense of ownership;
- Enjoy solving complex problems and take pride in it;

WORKING TIME: From Monday Friday, from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
