PROJECT MANAGER
I. Scope of work
- Develop a global development system
- Project analysis,
- Planning, tracking, and coaching,
- Team operation and resource management,
- Working with Clients,
- Report to Division Manager
II. Requirement
We appreciate those who have:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in major IT Software outsourcing.
- Experience in Project-based (Fixed cost)/Labor projects with a scale of 20MM or more (Agile/Hybrid model).
- Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills,
- Excellent project management skills, including estimating, planning, organizing, and leading,
- Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, proactive, dare-to-lead characters,
- Having knowledge, understanding, and experience in the software development process: Planning, Requirement, Development, Testing, Deployment...
- Proficient in Agile software development methods
- Experienced in working with US/UK/Korea/Japan -speaking customer projects, knowing how to work with customers
Having the following skills is an advantage
- Fluent communication in English/Japanese/Korean language
- Have PMP certification
