II. REQUIREMENTWe appreciate those who have:
- At least 3 year of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience in Project-based (Fixed cost) with a scale of 20MM or more (Agile/Hybrid model).
- Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills,
- Excellent project management skills, including estimating, planning, organizing, and leading,
- Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, proactive, dare-to-lead characters,
- Having knowledge, understanding, and experience in the software development process: Planning, Requirement, Development, Testing, Deployment...
- Proficient in Agile software development methods
- Experienced in working with Japan-speaking customer projects, knowing how to work with customers
Having the following skills is an advantage
- Have knowledge about Domain ecommerce, MLM
- Work experience in foreign companies/ overseas education.
- Have experience working with customers using CMMi level 3
- Have the ability to negotiate with the customer
- Have PMP certification
