We are looking for a skilled, motivated and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and completing projects to strict deadlines and
within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or
consultants to execute projects as planned. The project manager will also define project goals and oversee
quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as stakeholders.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Ensure project quality according to company standards
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project staff.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation according to company procedures.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Have a regular university diploma or equivalent degree.
Have at least 2 years of experience in project management or 1 year of experience participating in project bidding.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Proven working experience in project management.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Email.
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Experience in team management is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing projects in a technology or software development environment.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
