II/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take responsibility for detailed planning and oversee the entire process of implementing the Data Migration project from receiving requirements to completion.
- Identify and analyze customer requirements to ensure that the project is executed according to standards and achieves the highest customer satisfaction.
- Monitor progress, assess and manage risks, and implement timely adjustments to ensure the project is completed on schedule.
- Establish, operate, and ensure compliance with company and industry quality processes and standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and evaluations to ensure that the project is progressing in the right direction and is effective.
- Allocate and coordinate team resources to ensure optimal and efficient project operations.
- Propose and implement measures to balance human resources, meet business requirements, and ensure project completion according to plan.
- Create conditions for training, and capacity development within the team, foster team spirit, and motivation to achieve maximum productivity.
- Build and maintain close relationships with partners, customers, and departments within the company to ensure connectivity and support throughout the project implementation process.
III/ REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Developer and 1 year as a Project Manager.
- Mastered at least one project management methodology and is familiar with others (Agile/ Scrum, Waterfall...).
- Project management: managing the team to carry out the work on time.
- Problem-solving: identify the source of the issue and find a solution that satisfies the client's needs.
- Leadership: motivate the team, and create a positive work environment for the team to complete projects.
- Fluency in English: Listening, speaking, reading, and writing is a plus.
