Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Product Owner and Delivery Manager to spearhead our product development initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and a knack for critical thinking. The primary focus will be on solution delivery management, leveraging Agile methodologies, and steering Scrum and Sprint processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead solution delivery management, ensuring projects adhere to Agile, Scrum, and Sprint methodologies.
Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex project challenges.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, aligning with company goals and market demands.
Produce various reports, including delivery progress and risk management assessments.
Develop and maintain comprehensive user manuals for our products.
Utilize UX/UI design skills (additional) to enhance product interfaces, preferably with Figma.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
Your skills and experience
Proven experience in product management and delivery, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Experience in creating detailed reports and user manuals.
Additional skills in UX/UI design, with experience in Figma preferred.
Can communicate in Korean or English or both and have leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Design, or a related field.
