Our client, a leading provider of Industrial Automation and Test and Measurement solutions, is seeking a Project Sales Engineer.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Identifying opportunities and building credibility with customers to enhance the organization's performance by fostering strong customer relationships and partnerships within your designated area.
- Establishing relationships and understanding customer business needs to provide suitable products, systems, and solutions.
- Achieving sales targets by developing and managing sales plans for specific products, services, or solutions using a disciplined sales process.
- Providing regular status updates to the sales management tool, including forecast and pipeline summaries.
- Acting as the primary liaison between customers, support team members, and other business units to ensure clear and efficient communication.
- Frequent travel is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the Food & Beverage (F&B) and Pharmaceutical industries.
- Experience in working with or selling Level 2 (Control System), Level 3 (MES, Product/Energy Optimization), and/or Level 4 (ERP) and IIOT Solutions, Industry 4.0, etc., in accordance with ISA 95 standards.
- Ability to influence at various levels across the organization.
- Understanding of pricing strategies and experience in negotiating terms and conditions, and pricing with customers.
