Job description:
1. Training Delivery:
- Do monthly training delivery plan for the territory in charge.
- Take in charge training delivery for Full-time agent channel.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of training delivery including pass rate, active ratio, leader development, participation rate, compliance, and others KPI within the territory in charge.
- Check and ensure the quality of training procedures & activities in line with company & department regulations.
- Conduct advanced training program for agent & leader.
2. Sales Support:
- Coordinate with Sales team to support sales activities.
- Support Business Development Manager to carry out morning exercise, coaching, supervising and joint field work to help Pru-Planner achieve business goals.
3. Relationship Management:
- Maintain and improve the quality of internal and external relationships to gain the best working results.
4. Project Management:
- Participate in projects in terms of training, development & business.
- Participate in training design & development for Pru-Planners.
- Any other tasks assigned by management levels.
5. Other:
- Doing tasks related to training scope or business need by plan or assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualifications in Education, Finance, Life Insurance or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role at least 3 years.
- Experience in a sale in finance or life insurance position is a plus.
Knowledge and skill:
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
- Good training sense in terms of training delivery & training quality controlling.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Additional certification in training is a plus.
