Job SummaryThe QA Specialist (Furniture, Chinese Speaking) will be responsible for ensuring that all furniture products meet Yes4All's high standards of quality, durability, and safety. The role requires close collaboration with our vendors, primarily in Chinese-speaking regions, to ensure product specifications, quality standards, and regulatory compliance are met before products are released for distribution. This position requires fluency in Chinese and a strong understanding of quality assurance processes in the furniture industry.
Key Responsibilities1.
Quality Inspection and Assurance- Conduct on-site inspections at vendor manufacturing facilities to verify product quality, durability, and adherence to specifications.
- Assess and ensure furniture products comply with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed inspection reports and feedback for continuous quality improvement.

Vendor Collaboration and Communication- Serve as the primary QA contact for vendors in Chinese-speaking regions, facilitating clear and effective communication regarding quality standards and expectations.
- Work closely with vendors to resolve quality issues, suggest corrective actions, and monitor the implementation of quality improvements.

Product Testing and Compliance- Oversee product testing to ensure furniture safety, durability, and functionality meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all furniture products meet industry standards and regulatory compliance for each market.

Process Improvement and Documentation- Identify quality risks and recommend process improvements for manufacturing and inspection procedures.
- Document QA procedures, inspection criteria, and vendor assessment results to ensure a consistent quality assurance process.
Qualifications- Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (required)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance for furniture or home goods, with a strong understanding of quality standards in the furniture industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of furniture construction, materials, and common quality issues in furniture manufacturing.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to vendor sites for inspections and quality audits as needed.
