*RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility 1: Check product quality document & labels of confectionery, Home, electronics (Private Brand and No Brand)
- Assess the suitable supplier's document and label before importing goods for business at the store according to current standards and laws
- Comment points need adjust of product quality document according to standard, laws to MD, PB, GS.
- Update and storage the results checking product quality document in file data monthly.
Responsibility 2:Auditsupplier of confectionery, household and electronics -domestic private brand:
- Participate in planning and performing Audit Supplier monthly/quarterly/yearly according to the approved plan.
- Coordinate with MD, PB, Lotte R&D Center to Audit Supplier private label (1 Supplier/ month)
- Report of Audit Supplier and send the results to MD, informing the Supplier to do corrective action the non-conformities (If any).
Responsibility 3: Participate, coordinate with related departments, suppliers to control the quality of Private Label products (Confectionery, Household, Electronics):
- Participate in planning to test product monthly/ quarterly/ yearly.
- Conduct periodic product quality testing according to the approval plan Monthly/Quarterly (Send samples to LOTTE R&D Center and Lab testing center (Quatest 3, Case,).
- Report test results of product quality.
Responsibility 4: Coordinate relevant departments for handling customer complaints, unconformity product of Private Brand (Confectionery, Household, Electronics):
- Informs problem customer complaints, non-conformity product quality to relevant departments MD, PB, GS.
- Implements QA store to check the problem on the system (as necessary), find out the cause, summarize results check of the number of unconformity products and inform the MD, PB, GS.
- MD, PB, GS inform the Supplier or LOTTE Vina International send a dispatch explanation to customer about issue unconformity products.
- Evaluate the suitability of the supplier's dispatch or LOTTE Vina International and inform the QA store to give feedback to the customer.
- Update results handle customer complaint, non-conformity product quality on file data summary monthly.
Responsibility 5: Implement requests from Product Strategy Director and Manager QA TFT:
- Update information on new laws to MD to send information to supplier (Private Brand and No Brands)
- Trains new MD staff on the process of checking quality document for confectionery, home, electronics according to the approval plan (If have)
- Other duties as required and assigned by the Product Strategy Director and Manager QA TFT
*QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 year of QA experience in the factory or retail system.
- Have experience about product quality document is an advantage.
- Have experience in Audit Supplier; understand the laws on food safety and electrical regulation.
- Qualifications (Essential): Bachelor's Degree Major: Food Technology, Food Chemistry Technology, Biotechnology, Quality Management
- Qualification (if have): Internal Audit of HACCP or ISO 9001:2015 or ISO 22000:2018 or FSSC 22000 is an advantage. Expertise Knowledge:
- Participate Audit supplier or participate in internal audits at the factory.
- Understand and apply basic laws on food safety, product labels, standards and conformity regulations.
- Careful, proactive in work, good communication, responsible, honest.
- Adapts to work under high pressure, teamwork or independently, can go to business trip.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Know to use Microsoft Office Software: Word/Excel/Power point, Internet, Outlook.
- Read and understand foreign documents (English/ Korean)
