Main Responsibilities
Manage and train department personnel, monitor procurement activities, quantity estimation, and quoting for each project.
Select, search for contractors, suppliers, partners meeting approved standards and criteria.
Establish KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of each employee's work.
Report work regularly as specified at each point in time to the Board of Directors.
Coordinate and work with departments to complete the quotation, bidding, design, and construction process.
Role Description:
1.Estimation
Develop pricing plans to submit to the Client, including sample presentation schedule and construction start time.
Search, deploy information, and construction methods for bidding contractors during the tendering process.
Negotiate with the Client regarding project value and finalize suitable construction measures for the project's nature.
Implement, monitor reports on profit, project revenue, and consolidate annual revenue and profit.
Establish, maintain relationships with potential suppliers.
Resolve budgetary issues with the Client, propose the most appropriate solutions to finalize contracts.
Implement and verify acceptance volumes with the Client and subcontractors based on completion drawings.
2.Procurement
Advise the Leadership on market information, supplier information, regularly search for optimal cost materials, products, goods.
Organize evaluations of the supply of goods - materials - products - services from suppliers, subcontractors quarterly or after the project ends.
Search and develop new suppliers/Subcontractors, increase competitiveness in project price and quality.
Propose solutions to the linking policy with Suppliers/Subcontractors to ensure a balance of interests between parties.
Efficiently manage procurement activities, transparently, honestly, and professionally.
Qualifications:
Graduated from University with a major in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying Engineer, or related field
5 years or more experience in interior office construction project estimation.
Language: Professional English
Strong planning skills.
Proficiency in using office software or architectural software is an advantage.
