- Take ownership in implementing effective BTL/Channel execution activity/ ATL campaign... to meet sales and brand objectives.
- Be a part of performing research and developing effective brand-building strategies
- Work close with key stage-holder to align on action and project execution
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop brand activity based on in-depth brand and consumer understanding
- Develop channel plan, source of growth and clear picture of succes on yearly basic
- Ensure excellent execution of plans from ATL to BTL and channels... to deliver campaigns objectives/KPIs through leading and engaging different stakeholders including agencies, sales and channel marketing teams
- Assist in development and execution of brand innovation projects
- Assist in strategic development of the brand (long-term positioning and strategy, digital strategy and communication)
- Manage stage-holder to execute project on time in full with good alignment and collaboration mind-set
- Brand budget & P&L management
What We're Looking For
- University Degree
- 4+ years marketing experience is required.
- Experience in brand management including the development and execution of media strategy, innovation and creative ideation process.
- A thorough understanding of marketing and business functions at FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated strength in marketing competence with focus on Brand Planning, Brand Strategy, Communication and Media Management.
- Ability to adapt to change and to operate effectively in time constrained and multiple priorities situation
- Strong analytical, decision making, influence, communication & presentation skills
- Achievement driven personality with ability to work in conditions which include multiple priorities, extended work schedules and specific time constraints
- Pro-activity and passion to brand marketing.
- Ability to influence across and up within the organization
- Able to inspire, motivate and lead project teams to achieve outstanding results
- Willing for frequent business travel
- Showing good stage-holder management skill set
- Having ON channel experience is a plus
