Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Create quality measurements to track improvement in products by creating a standard test case document for execution test
• Execute quality improvement testing and activities (manual and automatic testing)
• Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
• Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand by finding bugs and reporting to the developer team and product manager
• Create reports documenting errors and issues to fixing
• Work closely with the development team to improve existing products based on prototypes and deliver the product expectation as design/ prototype
• Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Working knowledge of products and services
• In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies
• Good customer focus
• Sharp attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous and diligent attributes
• Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
