Quality Control Engineer

Job Description

Reports To: Manual QC Engineer will report to the leader/manager of the QC team.

Job Overview: Test for new projects or support the current projects.

Job requirement

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop, maintain and execute manual test cases for projects, maintenance, and emergency releases.
• Lead and manage performance testing efforts for complex software systems.
• Design and execute performance, stress, and load tests to assess software stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Mentor junior QC engineers in performance testing best practices.

Candidate Must Have:

• Have background IT
• Have at least 4 year of experience in Web + App testing
• Good analytical skills.
• 3 years of experience in performance testing, stress testing, and load testing of web applications and APIs.
• Proficiency in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with analyzing test results and providing performance optimization suggestions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in performance testing tools or methodologies (optional).
