JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Objectives for the Trial Period:

- Inspection Proficiency: Successfully complete and submit 10 comprehensive inspection reports without assistance.

-Patrol Efficiency: Independently conduct and document 5 complete line patrols.

-Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate the ability to disassemble and reassemble a fully operational machine.

Responsibility

-Production Process Oversight: Regularly inspect the production process, generate detailed reports, and communicate findings to identify and address potential risks and drive continuous improvement.

-Component Quality Assurance: Timely verify key components to ensure they meet quality standards and prevent unauthorized alterations, taking necessary corrective actions.

-Data Integrity Verification: Ensure the accuracy and authenticity of supplier-submitted process data and inspection reports by conducting thorough audits.

-Quality Control and Shipment: Implement and execute inspection and shipment plans to guarantee product quality and timely delivery.

-Customer Complaint Resolution: Track the implementation of corrective actions for market complaints to ensure problem resolution and prevent recurrence.

-Process Improvement: Actively participate in optimizing work processes and templates to enhance efficiency and quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Education: Associate degree or higher.

-Fluent in Chinese and English.

-Minimum one year of quality management experience in the small appliance or electronics industry.

-Extensive experience in inspecting finished household appliances, including sampling, testing, and quality assurance.

-Proficient in quality management systems and tools and committed to continuous improvement.

-Familiarity with household appliance standards, including electrical safety and performance.

-Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and propose solutions to common production issues.

-Key Competencies: Strong teamwork, customer focus, integrity, responsibility, execution, analytical thinking, strategic thinking. Strong work ethic, and effective communication abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
